Depending on your pre-set customer classification we can consider a better pricing up on request depending on your sales channel or on the quantities you require.
Please contact us with your request so our friendly customer expert can contact you within 24 hours. 

For new customers without financial precheck we offer prepayment or in rare cases also cash on delivery.
For established customers we offer payment on invoice with T/T or SEPA Payment. 
Due to the high costs,  we are not offering the PayPal option unless clients are willing to pay the fees (which are up to 6%).
Credit Cards are not accepted.

After you send us the order and the payment terms are clear we ship from our german warehouse within 24hours.
Normally all orders placed by 4 p.m. will be processed by the same day. 
We are shipping by UPS / DHL as well as logistic companies like Dachser and similar. 

We don't have a minimum order quantity however we do have a minimum order value depending on the country and depending on the payment you are willing to choose.

Our Warehouse is located in 86368 Gersthofen, our officed are in Holbeinstrasse 7, 86150 Augsburg (50 Min away from Munich Airport, accessible by train or shuttle bus, 1,5 hours from Stuttgart by train and 3,5 hours from Frankfurt by train).

➤ Parcel damaged on arrival

Our outbound shipments are documented, double checked and the weight is verified. Once you receive the parcel, please check damages on the parcel. 
Complaints must be done instantly. Please refuse the shipment if you see packages are damaged or opened.

If you see a damage after you receive the parcel, please take pictures of the parcel/parcelnumber and damage and send it instantly to service@4smarts.eu.

Please don't open the parcel – we will reply within 24 hours. Any claims after 24 hours of receival will be denied, because the UPS insurance is making claims almost impossible then.

➤ Goods missing or damaged inside the parcel

If you see a damage after you receive the parcel, please take pictures of the parcel/parcelnumber and damage and send it instantly to service@4smarts.eu.  

We will reply within 24 hours. Any claims after 24 hours of receival will be denied, because the UPS insurance is making claims almost impossible then

For warranty claims on faulty products, please register an RMA with 4smarts in the online portal. (please not regular customer returns are not handled by us)
